Federal Health Coverage Law - Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
 
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) makes far-reaching changes in the financing and delivery of health coverage in the United States.  HR 3590 was signed by the President on Tuesday, March 23, 2010.  A reconciliation bill, HR 4872, was signed by the President on Tuesday, March 30, 2010.
