NJ Commissioner Ken Kobylowski - State Focusing on Traditional Captives

With the recent passage of captive legislation in New Jersey, Kenneth E.
Kobylowski, commissioner of the N.J. Department of Banking and Insurance, said his state's focus will be on more "traditional" captives.

He spoke with Best's News Service at the New York Bar Association's Annual Regulatory Conference.
