- Appointment renewals will be electronically processed through NIPR.

- Termination requests for individual appointments that are not to be renewed must be processed before 5 PM Eastern on March 17, 2014.

- Terminations can be made through the NIPR Company Appointment Reconciliation Report (CARR) and Authorized Business Partners. If you do not have a subscription to the NIPR Company Appointment Reconciliation Report (CARR) or do not utilize the services of an Authorized Business Partner, you may contact NIPR at 816-783-8467 or marketing@nipr.com for a subscription or a list of Authorized Business Partners.

- Questions regarding the electronic appointment renewal process or electronic payments should be directed to: NIPR Customer Service at abpdirect@nipr.com. Disputes regarding appointed persons and entities may be directed to the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, Division of Insurance, Joseph McDougal at joseph.mcdougal@dobi.state.nj.us prior to March 29, 2014.

- Only appointments for producers with active licenses will be renewed.

- Appointment Renewal Invoices and the list of appointment renewals due will be available on the NIPR website beginning April 1, 2014 through 5 PM Eastern June 2, 2014.

- Appointments added on or after April 1, 2014 will not need to be renewed in 2014 and will not be reflected on the renewal invoice or list of appointment renewals due.

- Appointment Renewal and NIPR processing fees are non-refundable. Payments for New Jersey Appointment Renewals must be received by NIPR through the Electronic Options (Electronic Check or Credit Card)
