- Loss mitigation efforts are available to assist financially distressed borrowers to help them keep their homes where possible and otherwise avoid foreclosure.
- Additional review of all foreclosures to ensure no borrower inappropriately loses his or her home through foreclosure.

- Continuum of community based consumer financial education from basic banking through homeownership and post homeownership.
- Free nonprofit counseling available 24/7.
- Nonprofit counselors work directly with loss mitigation staff on behalf of our borrowers.
