The Delaware River Basin Commission met on Tuesday, May 7 and Wednesday, May 8, 2013. Below is the meeting agenda, with links to presentations given, resolutions passed, and dockets approved. Items will be added as they become available.
AGENDA
The Commission's public hearing was held on Tuesday, May 7, 2013. A business meeting was held the following day on Wednesday, May 8, 2013. Both the hearing and business meeting were open to the public and held at the Washington Crossing Historic Park Visitor Center, 1112 River Road, Washington Crossing, Pa.
The public hearing on May 7, 2013 ran from 12:00 p.m. until approximately 2:00 p.m. Hearing items included several resolutions and draft dockets relating to the projects listed below (the public hearing for item K-22 was held on August 28, 2012). A public dialogue session followed the hearing.
The public business meeting on May 8, 2013 ran from 12:15 p.m. until approximately 1:15 p.m.
