The DRBC's fee schedule for the renewal of project approvals under Section 3.8 and Article 10 of the Delaware River Basin Compact was amended by Resolution No. 2009-2 (pdf 31 KB) on May 6, 2009. All applications submitted on or after July 1, 2009 are subject to the fee schedule as stated in Res. No. 2009-2.
