Abstract:
The sites are school-based facilities that provide services to children and their families attending Atlantic City Public Schools. The services provided include education, recreation, cultural, social and health services. Curricula meet the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards and are research-based. Social & Behavioral Health Services are designed to assist families in obtaining and maintaining self-sufficiency and to protect at-risk students. These services include tutoring, educational remediation and enrichment, recreation, parental education and involvement, cultural enrichment and family literacy.
