21st CCLC Profile and Performance Information Collection System
Each year, the United State Department of Education collects information about 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) programs throughout the country, via its federal data-collection system, Profile and Performance Information Collection System (PPICS). Grantees must enter prescriptive program data about its sites in the Grantee Profile section and performance indicator data in the Annual Performance Report section of PPICS. In an effort to familiarize grantees with the federal data-collection system, the NJ 21st CCLC Program has created a self-automated tutorial, which includes screen shots from PPICS and tips for entering data.
