ELL Intake Procedures
 

When new English Language Learners enter your school district, there are six main intake procedures, which should be followed. These include:

1. Completing a registration form
2. Completing a home language survey
3. Securing all health and education documents
4. Taking the new student[s] on a school tour
5. Testing - English proficiency
6. Sending parent notification letters and securing parental consent.
