Charter Schools
Grants
In March of 2012, the NJDOE was awarded a 14 million dollar Federal Charter School Program Grant (CSP) to help expand the number of high quality charter schools in New Jersey. Over the next three years, the Charter School Office will be running multiple grant competitions for startup planning, first year implementation, dissemination of best practices, and the expansion of current highly successful charter schools. This page will post all current CSP grant notifications as well as links to help during the application process and other external grant opportunities. Please contact Matt Craig at matt.craig@doe.state.nj.us to inquire about the CSP grant.
