26-18		 Educational Facilities Proposed Rules

N.J.A.C. 6A:26-18 was readopted with amendments on May 24, 2010.  The amendment, effective June 21, 2010, extended the time frame for securing the local funding share from 180 days to 18 months.  The department is updating the current version of the entire chapter and will post the updated text as soon as possible.
