Attention completers of the Provisional Teacher Program (PTP): When checking your status after applying online for your standard certificate, please note that TCIS will state the application is “incomplete” until all paperwork has been submitted by the school district, reviewed by the PTP Office, and the recommendation for issuance of a standard certificate hs been transmitted to the Office of Licensure and Credentials (OLC). At that point OLC will contact you if something is missing, e.g., an oath of allegiance, transcript or fee. Once the OLC issues your licenses the status on TCIS will change from “incomplete” status to “standard” status.
