Jennifer Basner

Jennifer BasnerJennifer Basner has a great passion for teaching, which can be seen every day in her classroom.  She has been an elementary teacher for 12 years, teaching both 2nd and 3rd Grades.  The past 6 years, Jennifer has taught in the 3rd Grade In-Class Resource classroom at Berlin Community School.
 At BCS, she works to bring her love of learning to all students who enter the classroom.   She believes that a hands-on approach, differentiated instruction, and a safe learning environment will help her students become life-long learners.  She is actively involved in the school community, including being one of the coordinators for the LLS Pasta for Pennies campaign each year, as well as serving on numerous committees.

Jennifer studied Elementary and Early Childhood Education at Grove City College in Grove City, PA and graduated in 2000.  She graduated from Gannon University with a Masters in Education in Curriculum and Instruction in 2004.
