Mentoring for Quality Induction Toolkit

New Jersey Mentoring for Quality Induction

Folder Three, Program Evaluation Process, provides information to assist the LPDC, school leaders, and the district board of education with decisions about mentoring program evaluation design; data collection, analysis and interpretation; intervals for evaluation and how and when to report evaluation results. Numerous resources are provided in this folder to assist the LPDC, school leaders, and the district board of education in planning, conducting, and reporting a program evaluation. The results of the program evaluation must be reported annually in the Quality Assurance Annual Report (QAAR).
Note: Regulations (N.J.A.C. 6A:9-8.4(d)2) require that each district conduct a program evaluation that, at a minimum, measures the program impact on job satisfaction, assesses the adequacy of time and training for mentoring, and offers recommendations for program changes and additions.
