"Tuning Protocols" by Lois Brown Easton

These two videos feature Lois Brown Easton, a national expert in PLC teaming processes, presenting two workshops on tuning protocols. She outlines the step-by-step procedures used by collaborative teams to refine vital components of effective instruction. Each 50-minute video is an abridged version of a full-day workshop led by Easton in 2011 for PLC teams in New Jersey. PLC teams and/or whole faculties can use the videos in whole or part to enhance the work of teams focused on student learning.
