RTTT3 Technical Assistance Webinar Information: PLEASE READ
Those wishing to participate in this webinar should go to the following site in advance to test the computers they plan to use. We will not be able to provide technical support during the webinar. A headset for your computer is recommended. You must go through steps #1 and #2 on the website; it will inform you whether your machine will enable you to connect. The necessary software is free and can be downloaded immediately from the site, though you may need your IT staff to provide local network permissions. Without this software you can neither participate in the webinar nor watch the archived version.

Day of the webinar, attendees can connect to the system beginning at 3:00pm. Due to the large number of participants, all callers will be automatically muted but will have the opportunity to type in questions via a chat window throughout the call; questions will be answered during the call or in a follow-up communication.
