PARTNER COMMUNITY-BASED AGENCIES:

The NJDOE will recruit community-based health and social service agencies that provide services in the 13 communities to join the partnership.  The project seeks partner agencies that provide adolescent-friendly services.  Partner agencies that provide key sexual health services will be expected to participate in the development and evaluation of improved school systems of referral.  Coming Soon.

PROJECT EVALUATION:

The College of New Jersey School of Education is providing evaluation services to include both quantitative and qualitative analyses and a secure online platform for storage of documents.

The Rutgers University Bloustein Center for Survey Research is administering the biennial New Jersey School Health Profiles Survey (Profiles).  Selected data from the Profiles provide baseline and outcome measures for the NJDOE's administration of this project.  High schools in partner districts may also be invited to participate in the New Jersey Student Health Survey (NJSHS). Learn more about the Profiles at http://www.cdc.gov/healthyyouth/profiles/index.htm.  Learn more about the NJSHS at http://www.state.nj.us/education/students/yrbs/index.html.
