  • Total amount of Universal Service Funds committed nationally in the form of a discount on eligible services for this wave: approximately $110 million.

  • Total amount of Universal Service Funds committed to New Jersey in the form of a discount on eligible services in this wave: $598,183.80. Total amount committed to New Jersey at this time: $5,350,487.42, which is 1.8% of national total thus far (approximately $380 million).
  • Total number of awards in NJ for wave five: 55.
  • Number of agencies notified in this fifth wave: 41. (NJ comprised 3.2% of the total national funded applications.)
