The Title I Fiscal Audit presentation was developed by the Office of Compliance Investigation and presented to inform Title I districts and schools of fiscal compliance auditing issues and how to prepare for a Title I audit. The presentation reviews expenditure reports, policy statements, school-wide programs, and common audit findings. Districts are able to explore what it means to supplement and not supplant funding.
