2012 marks the Centennial anniversary for the Girl Scouts of America, and this June thousands of troops celebrated at Liberty State Park. The Girls Scouts program has been a part of Mrs. Christie's life from the time she was a child and still is today. She was a Brownie growing up in Paoli and now that she is a mom, she has had the chance to watch both of her daughters, Sarah and Bridget, participate in the Brownie program. She admires the mission of the Girl Scouts, building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. These are the characteristics that Mrs. Christie not only wants for her daughters but all young girls in New Jersey. Congratulations to the Girl Scouts for reaching this benchmark!
