Queen of England's Visit to NY

The Governor, Mrs. Christie, Andrew, and Sarah had the pleasure of welcoming Her Majesty the Queen of England to New York City this past July during her visit to Ground Zero for a wreath laying ceremony.  This was the Queen’s first visit to Ground Zero.
