Flags to Fly at Half-staff to Honor Fallen State Trooper from Howell Township

Trenton, NJ - In honor of the brave service and sacrifice of New Jersey State Trooper Marc Castellano of Howell Township, Governor Chris Christie issued an Executive Order to fly the United States and New Jersey flags at half-staff for one week, commencing Tuesday, June 8, 2010.
