December 8, 2010 

 S-89/A-3203 (Rice/Conaway) – Requires licensed health care professionals and facilities to bill Medicare beneficiaries within 90 days of date insurance payment is finalized
S-95/A-2455 (Rice, Cunningham/Quijano, Watson Coleman, Spencer, Jasey) – Requires the New Jersey Schools Development Authority to biannually compile information on school facilities project contracts awarded to minority and female contractors
S-435/A-3217 (Turner/Caputo, Tucker) – Limits amount of time vacant teaching position can be filled by substitute teacher
S-1362/A-3390 (Buono, Allen/Vainieri Huttle, Conners) – Provides for minor and her child to remain together as family unit in DYFS placement
SCS for S-1998, 2067/ACS for A-3358, 2965 (Ruiz, T. Kean/Lampitt, DiMaio) – Authorizes formation of State college risk management groups and joint liability funds
S-2071/A-3218 (Ruiz, Turner/Caputo, Tucker) – Limits amount of time a vacant teaching position can be filled by certain teachers employed in a temporary capacity
A-1052/S-1413 (Quijano, Cryan, Chivukula/B. Smith, Bateman) – Requires State entities to purchase biofuels in place of fossil fuels when reasonable, prudent and cost effective
 A-2861/S-2047 (Scalera, Jasey, Peterson, Diegnan, Moriarty/Van Drew, Rice) – Prohibits certain private transfer fees and imposes disclosure requirements

December 9, 2010 
A-207/S-1800 (Caputo, Tucker, Johnson, Biondi, Coutinho/Norcross, Whelan) – Permits hiring of certain laid off law enforcement officers without utilizing Civil Service lists
