S-104/A-1758 (Rice/Watson Coleman Johnson, Conaway) - Requires State entities to examine opportunity of minority and women-owned financial institutions to serve as senior managing underwriters, imposes reporting requirements, and enables establishment of aspirational levels of utilization and relative compensation
SCS for S-514/ACS for A-1592 (Girgenti, Turner/Jasey) - Permits bid for public works contract to be withdrawn due to mistake in certain circumstances
S-911/A-2309 (Girgenti, Madden/Evans) - Upgrades penalties for assaulting certain health care professionals and workers at health care facilities and human services and veterans' facilities
S-1537/A-3264 (Rice/Johnson, Pou) - Clarifies that gang related incident offense report is to be forwarded to Superintendent of State Police for inclusion in Uniform Crime Report
A-2305/S-1179 (Milam, Albano, Riley, Wilson, Moriarty/Van Drew, Oroho) - Expands "Jersey Fresh" program to include "Made with Jersey Fresh" designation of certain baked goods and other food products
