Governor Chris Christie Orders Flags Lowered to Half-Staff in Honor of Fallen Military Serviceman

Trenton, NJ – Today, Governor Chris Christie signed the following Executive Order:

Executive Order No. 88 − Ordering all State buildings to fly flags at half-staff on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 to honor the service and sacrifice of United States Marine Lance Corporal Osbrany Montes De Oca, who was raised in North Arlington and graduated from North Arlington High School. He enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps shortly after graduating high school and was assigned to Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. Lance Corporal Montes De Oca tragically lost his life while supporting combat operations in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
