Trenton, NJ – Today, Governor Chris Christie signed the following Executive Order:

Executive Order No. 99 − Ordering all State buildings to fly flags at half-staff on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 to honor the service and sacrifice of United States Army Specialist Jonathan Batista of Kinnelon, who graduated from Rutherford High School in 2007 and entered the United States Army in 2010. Specialist Batista tragically lost his life in Afghanistan while supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
