  • Testing Pregnant Women and Newborns for HIV -- N.J.S.A. 26:5C-15 et seq (P.L. 2007, c 218)

  • Bloodborne Disease Harm Reduction Act -- Allows up to six municipalities to establish needle exchange programs as part of a demonstration project. N.J.S.A. 26:5C-25 et seq (P.L. 2006 c. 99)

  • Minors’ Consent to Medical Care or Treatment -- N.J.S.A. 9:17A-4 (P.L. 2005. c. 342)

  • AIDS Assistance Act -- N.J.S.A. 26:5C
