Eligibility

NJCEED LogoNew Jersey residents who are income eligible* and are uninsured or underinsured can qualify for free breast, cervical, colorectal and/or prostate cancer screening services under the NJCEED Program.

If you don’t have health insurance, or if your health insurance does not cover the cost of cancer screenings, refer to the chart below to see if you meet the income guidelines and qualify for free services.

(*The maximum allowable income is 250% of the Federal Poverty Level.)

Your family's income can be up to but not over the amounts listed under the 250% columns below .
