The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) produces data tables for a selected set of core questions and optional modules with percentages by demographic and socioeconomic variables. Results show percentages by age group, gender, income, education and race/ethnicity. For each year of data there is a table of contents showing a list of available questions and a series of data tables for each question. When the denominator is not based on the total population surveyed, a note contains a description of what population constitutes the denominator. Lower CI and upper CI show the 95% confidence interval around the percent. Cell sizes below 50 should be interpreted with caution.
