The OWH works with a variety of public and private non-profit organizations to effectively inform society about women’s health concerns as well as increase service accessibility to health professionals and consumers in the state. Because of the numerous health conditions women experience and the limited resources of the office, the OWH focuses on a few of these topics and partners with relevant organizations to explore other areas of women’s health.
With the ever-changing climate in health care, medical research, and funding, the OWH will continue to develop its programs and central health issues based on current needs.
