Primary Health Care

When you need health care, your first visit will usually be to your primary care doctor/nurse or health center. There, you will get both sick care and preventive services. Your provider will find the right specialists when you need them, maintain your health records, know your insurance rules, and more.

Health Care for Individuals and Families

New Jersey’s Federally Qualified Health Centers offer a range of primary health care services at locations statewide. Care is affordable, and no one is turned away for financial reasons.

Affordable Health Insurance

New Jersey FamilyCare, a program of the New Jersey Department of Human Services, offers affordable health coverage for children and certain low-income parents.
