The Building Healthy Communities conference seeks to help implement effective policy and environmental changes designed to prevent childhood obesity, reduce chronic disease and create healthy communities. This conference is jointly sponsored by the New Jersey Partnership for Healthy Kids, the NJ YMCA State Alliance, ShapingNJ and the NJ Department of Health, and Family and Community Health Sciences at Rutgers Cooperative Extension.
