What Services are Provided by the CLCPC Centers?

The CLCPC Centers provide access to comprehensive evaluations to Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) throughout the state of New Jersey with cleft lip/palate and other craniofacial anomalies. These evaluations are completed by a Core Team with expertise in the management of cleft lip/palate and other craniofacial conditions. This enables families to seek care through one Center instead of multiple sites for each specialist. CLCPC Centers also provide coordination services to families in addition to educational resources that are made available to families, providers and other members of the community.

Who is eligible for CLCPC Services?

Children birth through 21 years of age born with cleft lip/palate, craniofacial anomalies, and velopharyngeal incompetence.

Are there income requirements?

There are no income requirements for services available through CLCPC Centers.
