Annual - Acute Care Hospital (ACH) Financial Reports and Data

• Annual ACH Cost Reports (Share Reports) - Submissions are due from hospitals by June 30 for the prior calendar year
• Annual ACH Cost Reports - Blank Paper Forms and Instructions can be obtained from department form page.
• Annual Audited Financial Statements - Submissions are due from hospitals by June 30 for the prior calendar year
• Summary of Acute Care Hospital Cost Report Data
• Ratio of Revenue to Total Charges

Quarterly - Acute Care Hospital (ACH) Financial Reports and Data

• Quarterly Financial Updates (Apollo) - Submissions are due from hospitals 60 days after each quarter ends
• Quarterly Utilization Data (B-2) - Submissions are due from hospitals 60 days after each quarter ends

Data and Report Requests

• The above data and reports are available from the program after the hospital data submissions have been processed and audited according to program policy.
• Requests may be submitted through the OPRA system by using the link at the bottom of this web page. Charges may apply.
