    Important Announcement Regarding the New Jersey Report Card
    The New Jersey Report Card has been replaced by the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Five Star Rating system. This system includes a comprehensive rating structure, which allows comparison of federally certified Nursing Homes in New Jersey and across the country. To access the Five Star Rating System, visit CMS's Nursing Home Compare Database.
