This graph shows the percentage of HMO members who had an ambulatory or preventive care visit in the past three years. Even healthy members need to see a provider at least once in a three-year period to ensure medical problems are prevented or treated as early as possible. This graph shows the percentage of children in the HMO who received recommended doses of vaccines by age two. Immunizations prevent childhood diseases such as polio, measles, mumps, rubella, influenza type b, hepatitis b, diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis.
