How to
get an official copy of NJDOH rules:
The NEW JERSEY REGISTER (N.J.R.) is the official journal
of state agency rulemaking. The N.J.R. contains the full text of rules
that State agencies propose and adopt, as well as notices of public
hearings, Executive Orders, and other notices. N.J.R. is published
twice a month.
The NEW JERSEY ADMINISTRATIVE CODE (N.J.A.C.) is a compilation
of all the rules of State agencies. The N.J.R. and the N.J.A.C. may
be available for review at public and university libraries throughout
the State. Contact the library directly to determine if publications
are available.
