ааааааааааа TRENTON Ц Health and Senior Services Commissioner Clifton R. Lacy, M.D. will hold a press conference at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, October 21, 2003 to discuss the first human case of Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE) infection in New Jersey since 1984.

ааааааааааааааа EEE is a rare, but serious mosquito-borne illness that causes inflammation of brain tissue.а It has a significantly higher risk of death than West Nile Virus infection.
