Fatality Assessment and Control Evaluation (FACE)

The primary purpose of this Web site is to provide access to hundreds of comprehensive fatality investigation reports. These reports have been issued to employers and other parties interested in workplace safety in order to prevent similar incidents. The Web site also features hazard alerts released by the NJ FACE project and other resources related to workplace safety.
