With anticipated implementation of the new Day Habilitation Certification process in the coming weeks, the Division has scheduled a Day Habilitation Certification Process Information Session
. There are four time-slots to select from in November, and pre-registration is required by October 31, 2014. Please see the Information Session

Please be advised that effective October 20, 2014
, the qualification of new service providers will be temporarily on hold
. Any applications currently in process or those in transit and received by October 17, 2014 for open services at this time will continue to be processed. The Day Habilitation qualification process continues to be on hold.
This change is necessary due to the development of the Medicaid provider application process as part of the Division’s system reform efforts. The Medicaid provider application will remain open for Support Coordination services only. Please check the Supports Program
page of the Division’s website regularly for updates regarding the Medicaid application process.09.22.14 Webinar for Individuals and Families Scheduled for October
The Division of Developmental Disabilities has scheduled a webinar geared for adults with developmental disabilities who are receiving Division-funded services and their families. The webinar will discuss the new rate structure that was released in July, and is intended to assist individuals and families in understanding how the Division's shift to a fee-for-service system will impact their services.
