The New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities' Supports Program is a Medicaid program. All Medicaid-eligible individuals who have been determined to meet the functional criteria to receive services funded through the Division will access those services through the Supports Program*.

*Medicaid does not allow any individual to be enrolled on more than one Medicaid program. Therefore, Medicaid-eligible individuals enrolled on the Community Care Waiver (CCW) will not access disability-related services through the Supports Program and will only access those services through the CCW.

We invite all stakeholders to review the slide presentation and webinar below and forward comments and suggestions. The Stakeholder Input period will be open through January 7, 2015, and input should be forwarded to DDD.StakeholderInput@dhs.state.nj.us.

Provider Qualification Process Temporarily on Hold
Please be advised that effective October 20, 2014, the qualification of new service providers will be temporarily on hold. Any applications currently in process or those in transit and received by October 17, 2014 for open services at this time will continue to be processed. The Day Habilitation qualification process continues to be on hold.
