Supported Employment Services for DDD clients
The New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities supports the principles that people with developmental disabilities shall pursue meaningful and productive lives. DDD seeks to have them achieve full integration and inclusion in society through relationships and work--- in an individualized manner, consistent with the unique strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, and abilities of each individual.
Manual
“Standards for Supported Employment Services 2007” establishes standards for the provision of supported employment services to people with developmental disabilities. It replaces the former “Supported Employment and Day Program Manual” that went into effect July of 2002. In addition to the “Standards for Supported Employment Services 2007”, DDD contracted Supported Employment Service Providers will follow the provisions set forth in the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services Administrative Code 12:51-8.
