contracted worker to provide assistance with IADLs. Workers are reimbursed a set hourly rate of pay which is determined by the program. A Fiscal Management Service (FMS) for the program will provide timesheets to participants and their workers and the issue pay checks to the private contracted worker on behalf of the participant.

Assistance (PCA) services or have living arrangements where this type of service is already provided.
