The Division of Mental Health Services conducts on-going recruitment in several job categories to employ qualified individuals to work in our psychiatric hospitals.

Among them are:







Housekeeping
Maintenance
Registered Nurses
Patient Care Providers (Human Services Assistants/Direct Care)
Master's level Social Workers
Psychiatrists (Board Eligible and Board Certified)
Psychologists

All of these positions offer competitive salaries and an excellent State benefits package including health insurance, 12 holidays and paid sick and vacation leave. A three-day workweek schedule is also available to RNs in many of our locations.

Candidates interested in housekeeping, maintenance, nursing and/or direct care positions are advised to visit TPH and fill out an application.  Applications must be completed in person during the application intake process, which takes place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10:00am to 12:00pm and again from 2:00pm to 3:30pm on the 1st floor of the Stratton Building.  The Office of Human Resource (HR) is available to address any questions or concerns daily from 8:00am to 5:00pm, except between the hours of 12:30pm and 1:30pm, when the office is closed for lunch.
