JACC (Jersey Assistance for Community Caregiving)
JACC is a state-funded program similar to GO, but for individuals with slightly higher incomes.
Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS)
GO is now Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS). MLTSS uses a managed care approach for the delivery of publically-funded Medicaid long-term care services. MLTSS is designed to expand home and community-based services, promote community inclusion and ensure quality and efficiency.
