The website for New Jersey's Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) provides seniors, adults with physical disabilities and their caregivers 24-hour access to information about services and programs designed to keep them healthy and independent in the community.

On January 1, 2009, three Medicaid-supported home and community-based service programs were combined to create GO.
