Brunswick
The highlight of the event
will be a mock administering of the oath office
by a student representing the Chief Justice of
the New Jersey Supreme Court. Children will also
represent members of the State Legislature. The
event will be educational and entertaining with
special performances by talented young people
from around the State.

This year, to honor Dr.
Martin Luther King, Jr’s legacy, the New
Jersey Inaugural Committee is sponsoring a “Day
of Service” with a series of volunteer events
to be held around the state on Monday, January
16, 2006. The Inaugural Ceremony is not only a
celebration of leadership, but also of our state
and its people. There is no better way to do that
than by volunteering your time to help others.
Together, we can make a difference and improve
the lives of the people of New Jersey.

with an interfaith prayer service. The service
brings together spiritual leaders of all faiths
from across the state and a combined choir of
denominations.
