New Jersey Chapter
All the Members of NJ IAPES pray in the spirit of comfort for all those who are
frightened, all those who have lost loved ones, and all of our nation. We are one
family. We are stronger together and good will win in the end. We all support
our men and women in harm's way. God bless the United States of America!
World Leaders in Workforce Systems
On behalf of members from all points of the globe, NJ IAPES welcomes you to its Home
Page!
IAPES (the International Association of Personnel in Employment Security), now IAWP
(International Association of Workforce Professionals), is a worldwide organization of
professionals employed in public and non-profit programs that provide Employment
Services, Unemployment Insurance, Labor Market Information, Job Training, Temporary
Disability Insurance and many other services related to the workforce needs
of citizens, businesses and organizations.
Founded in 1913, IAPES predates much of the United States legislation that created
and consolidated many of the programs that now comprise the national workforce
development system. It is the oldest and most widely recognized organization for
professionals working in employment programs.
