IMPORTANT PRIZE CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS
To be validated as a Grand Prize finalist in a Million Dollar Replay drawing, players must retain their non-winning ticket entries as proof of eligibility and provide tickets within thirty (30) calendar days of the semi-finalist drawing date indicated on the Million Dollar Replay web site. If a winner is unable to produce the tickets with the numbers from the selected entries within the thirty (30) day time limit, the prize will be awarded to an alternate selected entrant, according to the Lottery's established drawing procedures. |
Each semi-finalist drawing will select one hundred (100) entries to be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing and win a $250 consolation prize. The Grand prize drawing will award fifteen (15) prizes ranging from $10,000 up to $1,000,000*, net of consolation prize.
*$1,000,000 annuity prize ($650,000 cash value) = 25 annual installments of $40,000 per year.
Complete lists of winners will be posted within approximately seven (7) days from drawing date to allow for winners' confirmation. Prizes won must be claimed within 30 days from the date of the drawing. Winners will be notified by e-mail how to claim their prize. Because e-mails are not always deliverable, please be sure to check this page after every drawing to see if you've won, and follow the prize claim instructions below.
Prize Claim Information for Winners
To claim your Million Dollar Replay prize, you must provide the actual tickets that made up your winning entry within thirty (30) calendar days of the semi-finalist drawing date indicated on the Million Dollar Replay web site. Mail the actual tickets along with the Official Prize Claim Form.
