What is the Lottery VIP Club?
In January 2002, the New Jersey Lottery enhanced its Winning Number Results email service and made it part of the VIP Club. In addition to the Winning Number Results emails, the VIP Club is a FREE service that offers early notification of new games as well as chances to be entered into drawings for prizes. From time to time, VIP Club members will receive discounts or FREE coupons for New Jersey Lottery products. The VIP Club is much like the services participants previously had except now members can select what type of emails or services they wish to receive.


I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click on the Forgot Password? Enter your email address and then type in your hint word that you entered when you signed up for the VIP Club. Your password will be emailed to you.


I signed up to receive email from the New Jersey Lottery but I don't know which email format I should select.
HTML emails contain graphics. Plain text emails contain text only.


How do I update My Account information in the VIP Club?
  • To change your email address log into the NJ Lottery VIP Club using your old email address and password.
  • On the VIP Club welcoming page scroll down and click on the “Manage My Account."
  • Click on the link “LOGIN INFORMATION”
  • Your old email address will appear in the “Email Address Box”
  • Enter your new email address in this box by simply over-writing your old email address.
  • Re-enter your new email address in the “Confirm Email Address” box.
  • In the “New Password” box you may either enter an entirely new password or simply use your existing one.
  • Re-enter the same password in the “Confirm New Password” box.
  • To complete the process click on the “Submit” button.
  • You will receive an email asking you to verify your new email address. Please make sure that you click on the link provided in your email to ensure that you continue to receive your VIP Club membership benefits.


I no longer want to receive email from the New Jersey Lottery. How do I unsubscribe from this email?
You can make changes to your email preferences by updating your VIP Club Profile. Log on to the VIP Club. Click on the "Update Profile" top hat icon located directly beneath the large VIP Club logo on the left hand side of the screen. Make sure that all fields marked with an * are filled in. Scroll down to the "Email Preferences" section. Make your email selections by clicking on the Yes or No buttons for each type of email and click on Submit.


I signed up to receive the Lottery Winning Numbers email, but I am not receiving them.
The Lottery Winning Number Results email is sent out every day at 5 a.m. to all subscribers as a bulk email. You or your email service provider may have set preferences on your email service to prevent you from receiving bulk emails. Please contact your email service provider if you are not receiving your Winning Numbers Results email.


I can't get into the VIP Club to update my profile.
If you are attempting to access the VIP Club web site from a Local Area Network (LAN) such as your place of employment, you may be receiving an "error" message because of a firewall. Firewalls inhibit your computer's ability to access our VIP Club web site, and as a result, you may have to use a different computer (i.e. home computer, public computer or a laptop) to gain entry to the VIP Club web site. You may wish to consult with your Network Administrator.


I no longer want to be a VIP Club member. How do I discontinue my membership?
Click here to discontinue your VIP Club membership or email your request to NJ Lottery VIP Club.


What are “opt-in” drawings?
Opt-In drawings are drawings available exclusively to VIP Club members who elect to receive special emails from the NJ Lottery as part of their membership preferences. By clicking on the identified “Enter Here” link within the body of each opt-in email, you automatically will be entered for the prize named in that email. A winner will then be selected only from those who have “opted in”.


What if I am not interested in the prize being offered in an opt-in email and do not want to be entered?
Simply do not click on the “Enter Here” link and delete the email. Entry will only be for those who specifically click on the link.


Do I have to be a member of the VIP Club to submit non-winning ticket entries for Second Chance Drawings?

You must be a member of the VIP Club to submit non-winning ticket entries for Million Dollar Replay. For most Lottery Bonus Zone games it is not mandatory to be a VIP Club member as you have the option to physically mail in your entries to the address listed for each Lottery Bonus Zone game. Check the rules for each Lottery Bonus Zone game to see if mail in entries are accepted. However, if you are a VIP Club member, you can save yourself a stamp as well as some time by entering your non-winning tickets online. Entering non-winning tickets online is an option available only to VIP Club members.


I discovered my VIP Club emails are being sent directly to my “junk mail” box. Is there anything I can do to correct this?
In order to prevent NJ Lottery emails from going directly to your “junk email” file, simply add the New Jersey Lottery to your “Contacts” or “Address Book” for your email account that is registered for your VIP Club membership.
