December 20, 2013 -Hudson Room
Deadline: November 22, 2013

Examination Fee:
$100.00

All applicants must have their educational credentials sent to the board by each deadline date for any scheduled examination in order to be reviewed for eligibility. Any credentials received after the deadline date will be reviewed for the next scheduled examination. (NO EXCEPTIONS!!!)
